Entries are open from 1 to 31 August 2026 until 11.45pm IST. Participants must submit a two-to-five-minute MP4 video in Hindi, English or a regional language through MyGov, using a publicly accessible YouTube or Google Drive link. The contest covers the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. MyGov lists 178 submissions for the task. The top three entries will receive Rs. 20,000, Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 5,000.
