# MP teen travels 900 km alone for TV show role

A 16-year-old boy from Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, was found wandering alone at Film City in Goregaon and taken to Aarey police station on August 7. He had left home on August 6 on the pretext of going to school, then boarded a train to Nagpur and another to Mumbai, travelling nearly 900 km. The teenager told police he wanted an acting role in the popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Police contacted his father, who confirmed the boy had been missing. The father is travelling to Mumbai to take his son home. The boy is safe and unharmed at the police station.
