# Mysuru woman’s suicide note alleges 4 months without weekly off

A 42-year-old woman working as a product promoter at a Mysuru mall died by suicide on Friday, alleging in a note that her manager harassed her and denied her a weekly off for four months. Nageshwari, employed through PPMS Agency, accused manager Dolly of forcing her to admit to a mistake and threatening to replace her. Police have booked the manager for abetment of suicide under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The woman's husband said she had complained about the manager's behaviour a month ago. Nageshwari had worked with the agency for three years. Her requests for emergency leave were also denied, according to the suicide note. She consumed pesticide at her home in Hinakal and later died at a hospital.
