Corroboration: 5 independent outlets

Naga Chaitanya's big-budget mythological thriller Vrushakarma will release worldwide on 4 December, the makers confirmed on Thursday, 15 October, by releasing a 50-day countdown poster. Directed by Karthik Dandu, the film is produced by BVSN Prasad and is said to be the costliest film of Naga Chaitanya's career. The poster shows Naga Chaitanya holding a rope weapon with a metallic head against a backdrop of flying debris and rugged terrain. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead, and Sparsh Shrivastava makes his Tollywood debut as the antagonist. Music is by Ajaneesh Loknath. Sources say the film has recorded strong pre-release business.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

Most outlets report the 4 December release and new poster in straight news style, with telugu360.com, 123telugu.com, and greatandhra.com focusing on the logistics and cast. M9.news adopts a sensationalist tone, stressing the film's mystery and the hero's adventurous pose to build hype. Telugucinema.com alone notes that fans had been concerned about the lack of promotional activity before the poster drop, adding a mild critical edge. The uniform core facts suggest the release date and poster are uncontested, but the framing around audience anticipation varies from pure promotion to a hint of worry.
