# Neetu Kapoor takes dig at paparazzi over ‘back’ shots 2026-10-04T12:21:37+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets Veteran Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor sarcastically called out paparazzi on Sunday, 4 October, after they asked her to pose for a picture of her back as she left a Mumbai establishment. The Hans India and The Times of India report that she turned around and said, 'Apko yeh bada accha lagta hai na, back?' The photographers responded in the negative, and she got into her car. The incident follows actress Neha Dhupia publicly confronting paparazzi at a Mumbai awards event, calling 'back shots' disrespectful and asking them to stop. Salman Khan backed her on 'Bigg Boss 20', calling the practice 'disgusting' and urging women to stand up for themselves. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both outlets report the same facts in a neutral, wire-style manner: Neetu Kapoor's sarcastic remark, Neha Dhupia's earlier confrontation, and Salman Khan's support on Bigg Boss 20. Neither outlet adds editorial slant or omits details. The Times of India includes a reader poll on whether Kapoor was justified, but that is an interactive feature, not a framing choice. The coverage is uniform straight reporting, so the story's implication is that a public figure has again used a public moment to draw attention to a practice the industry is collectively pushing back against. The next concrete indicator to watch is whether the paparazzi associations respond or whether the conversation moves to another public event. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 2 neutral - thehansindia.com (neutral report) Straight reporting of events with no editorial slant - timesofindia.indiatimes.com (neutral report) Straight reporting of events with a reader poll added This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
