# Netflix Renews Musafir Cafe for Season Two

Netflix has announced a second season of Musafir Cafe, the romantic drama starring Vikrant Massey, Vedika Pinto and Mahima Makwana. Directed by Ruchir Arun, the series follows Chander, Sudha and Preeti, whose relationships were left unresolved in the finale. NDTV reports that the new season will continue from the cliffhanger ending and explore where Chander’s journey leads. Sharanya Rajgopal, the show’s creator and writer, said audience support encouraged the continuation. The series is based on Divya Prakash Dubey’s novel of the same name and is produced by Terribly Tiny Tales and Homemade Stories. Netflix has not announced a release date.
