# Chiranjeevi to host Netflix talk show Megaverse 2026-10-29T11:33:00+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 4 independent outlets Megastar Chiranjeevi will host a talk show titled ‘Chiranjeevi’s Megaverse’ on Netflix, the streaming service announced on Thursday, 29 October 2026. Filming is underway, with 123telugu.com reporting that the first episode features Brahmanandam, Sunil and Satya. The show will celebrate Telugu cinema through candid conversations and personal anecdotes, Netflix said in a statement. It is produced by Gold Box Entertainments, Atom Media Ventures and Sol Production LLP. This is Chiranjeevi’s second hosting assignment after MAA TV’s Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu. The premiere date has not been announced. Meanwhile, the actor is also filming director Bobby Kolli’s film Kaka, scheduled for release on 13 January 2027. ## Indian Opinion Analysis All four outlets frame the announcement as a positive career move for Megastar Chiranjeevi, with 123telugu.com and The Federal emphasising Netflix's pursuit of the actor and the show's celebration of Telugu cinema. The Hans India and telugucinema.com lead with Chiranjeevi's schedule, noting he began filming while also working on his upcoming film 'Kaaka' or 'Kaka'. 123telugu.com adds that the show already taped an episode with Brahmanandam, Sunil and Satya, a detail absent from other reports. The Federal offers the most formal framing, describing the show as produced by three companies and quoting Netflix's statement about Chiranjeevi as the 'emotional anchor'. The coverage is uniform in its tone of approval, differing only in the depth of behind-the-scenes details reported. ## Coverage Coverage: 4 sources, 4 neutral - telugucinema.com (neutral report) Leads with filming schedule alongside another project - thehansindia.com (neutral report) Frames as milestone for Telugu TV alongside Balakrishna and Nagarjuna - 123telugu.com (neutral report) Adds detail of first episode guests and Netflix's pursuit - thefederal.com (neutral report) Quotes Netflix statement on show's purpose and production team This brief was synthesised by AI from the 4 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
