At the Rani Kamlapati Railway Station in Bhopal, cleaning staff were placing garbage on goods trains instead of designated points. Freepress Journal reports the tribunal directed the divisional railway manager and MP Pollution Control Board to file a compliance report within two months and set up an environmental cell. Separately, Times of India reports the NGT ordered the MCD to disclose the quantity of waste at the Singhola landfill site in Delhi, after it failed to report the amount. The tribunal also ordered the Central Pollution Control Board to enforce biomedical waste burial norms.
