# NHRC team meets Sagar hooch victims, judicial panel formed

A National Human Rights Commission team met families of the Sagar hooch tragedy victims on Tuesday and directed police to record their statements immediately, after relatives said this had not been done. NHRC member Priyank Kanoongo said police must list all liquor agents and take strict action, and expressed surprise that the deadly liquor came from government-permitted shops.
