The recruitment includes a General Manager for Test Centre Network & Operations (GM-TCNO) tasked with 'zero-disruption exam delivery', a Chief Information Security Officer to build a 24x7 Security Operations Centre, and a GM for Vigilance, Investigation & Forensics (GM-VIF) to lead 'rapid, rigorous investigations' into paper leaks and impersonation. The GM-VIF will coordinate with the CBI, IB, ED and state police, and build a digital forensics ecosystem. The NTA says the specialist roles are a first step to reduce reliance on contractual staff and restore trust.
