# NTR may team up with class director Venky Atluri 2026-08-17T19:26:10+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 1 independent outlet m9.news reports that actor NTR, known for mass-appeal films, is considering working with director Venky Atluri, a filmmaker known for class subjects. The outlet says this collaboration would take NTR out of his comfort zone and could help him reach a younger, Gen Z audience that is moving away from traditional mass films. The news site notes that NTR's last collaboration with a class director, Trivikram for Aravindha Sametha, was one of his few critically acclaimed recent films. m9.news adds that while a Venky Atluri project might not sit well with NTR's mass-market fan base, it could open a new creative horizon for the actor. m9.news says Venky would need to craft a larger-than-life subject to convince NTR to come on board. No official announcement has been made yet. ## Coverage - m9.news This story was synthesised by AI from the source linked above.
