# Odisha CM warns Gen Z of external forces on social media

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday cautioned Gen Z against 'external forces' that he said were trying to mislead them through social media to weaken India. Launching the state-level 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, Majhi claimed 'invisible enemies' operating from foreign soil were targeting youths. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tried to empower youth, but they were being misled by negative campaigns and intoxication. The CM's remarks follow BJP MP Dharmendra Pradhan's claim that Gen Z was misled during NEET paper leak protests. Majhi urged youths to prioritise patriotism and use cloth flags for the campaign. The state distributed 60 lakh flags with Rs 10 lakh financial assistance per district for events continuing till August 17.
