Omnivore plans to invest most of the remaining capital in its Rs 1,800-crore Fund III in deep science and agrifood consumer brands, managing partner Mark Kahn told Mint. The firm has deployed about 55% of the fund and expects to invest the balance by the first half of 2027. Consumer investments could account for a quarter to a third of the remaining deployment, while the firm is also seeking opportunities in robotics, harvesting drones and physical AI. Omnivore plans to launch Fund IV next year, with four broad themes: agrifood consumer, deeptech, fintech and value chains.
