Members passed the constitution unanimously through a voice vote and later signed an affirmation register. The convention also held elections, choosing Agnishekhar as convenor and Tito Ganju as chairman. Panun Kashmir said the document would preserve its organisational continuity and commitment to Kashmiri Hindus’ political security and return.
