The Panvel, Karjat New Suburban Corridor is nearing completion, with subways, road over-bridges and cabling works finished in July. Electrification work is progressing, and the corridor is expected to be ready for inspection by the Commissioner of Railway Safety by end-2026. Under the Virar, Dahanu Road Quadrupling Project, a road over-bridge and a minor bridge were completed, and automatic signalling was commissioned between Saphale and Kelve Road. MRVC also secured 1.81 hectares of land at Bhayandar for the Borivli, Virar 5th and 6th Lines Project, and handed over elevated decks at Kandivli and Mira Road to Western Railway.
