Paytm Payments Services Limited has integrated its Payment Gateway with Anthropic’s Claude through the Model Context Protocol Connector, ABP Live reports. The integration lets businesses access authorised payment data using AI prompts. Users can check transactions, payment links, refunds, settlements, subscriptions, order status and reconciliation details through a conversational interface. Paytm says the service is designed to reduce manual work and internal follow-ups for entrepreneurs, finance teams and support staff monitoring collections and payment statuses.
