# Pooja Bedi calls Aditya Pancholi affair ‘tumultuous’, won’t discuss it

Pooja Bedi, in a podcast with Vickey Lalwani, said she will no longer discuss her 1990s affair with Aditya Pancholi. She was barely 18 when it started, while Pancholi was married to Zarina Wahab. Bedi called the relationship "a very tumultuous space" but refused to give more details, saying it is unfair to Pancholi's now-adult children. She added that if they cross paths at industry events, she is civil but walks away. Bedi also said she does not plan to marry long-term partner Maneck Contractor. "The commitment is enough," she told Lalwani, adding that getting the government involved is unnecessary. She credited her parents' amicable separation as an example. Bedi was earlier married to Farhan Furniturewala from 1994 to 2003.
