The makers of Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' have released a glimpse video of the first single, titled 'Ala Bolelo', featuring actress Poorna in an item number. The song, composed by Anirudh Ravichander and sung by him in Malayalam-style lyrics, will be released on August 21. m9.news reports that many fans are criticising Poorna's casting, comparing her unfavourably to Tamannaah Bhatia, who starred in the hit 'Kaavaalaa' song from the first 'Jailer'. Some viewers also found Anirudh's vocals in the glimpse 'not catchy'. However, 123telugu.com notes that Poorna recently impressed with the 'Kurchi Madathapetti' song and says the track could elevate her career to the next level if successful. The film, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 15.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

m9.news leads with audience criticism of Poorna's casting as a poor replacement for Tamannaah, framing the song's early reception as a potential failure. 123telugu.com instead highlights Poorna's recent success and the opportunity the song presents, treating the casting as a positive career move. Neither source reports any official comment from the makers or the actress. m9.news relies heavily on unspecified audience complaints, giving them disproportionate weight before the song's official release. 123telugu.com omits any negative reaction entirely. A careful reader should note that neither outlet has seen the full song, and audience opinion can shift sharply after a full release. The key date to watch remains August 21, when 'Ala Bolelo' releases.
