The makers of Prabhas' upcoming period action drama Fauzi released a new poster on India's 80th Independence Day, showing the actor in a battle-worn, faceless silhouette against a backdrop of smoke and flames, with the Charminar visible. The caption read: 'Before freedom became a celebration, it was a battle! Saluting the spirit of every Fauzi who fought for our tomorrow.' The film, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is scheduled for theatrical release on December 3, 2026. Social media users questioned whether the poster was AI-generated. Publicity designers Anil and Bhanu told Gulte.com that AI was used only as a supporting tool to remove distracting background elements, but Prabhas' face was handled manually.
