Canada's PSP Investments is exploring a sale of its Indian road portfolio, which could be valued at $1.5 billion including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. The pension fund has hired an adviser for the potential divestment. The assets are part of PSP's global road platform Roadis, which also operates in Brazil, Mexico, Spain and the US. The Indian roads have been a significant growth driver, the fund's 2025 report noted. Other investment firms and industry players have shown preliminary interest, but discussions are at an early stage and no final decision has been made. PSP declined to comment. The fund manages net assets of C$320.6 billion as of March.
