The order came while denying bail to Sushil Kaushik, arrested in January for his role in a fraud syndicate that stole Rs 1.53 lakh and Rs 19,500 from a Chandigarh resident, Pankaj Kumar, through a fake credit-card upgrade call. Kaushik allegedly supplied mule bank accounts and SIM cards used to siphon money.
