Sachin Raghuvanshi and Vipin Raghuvanshi, along with three employees, were taken into preventive custody under Section 170 of the BNSS. Assistant Commissioner of Police Nidhi Saxena said a separate case was filed under the Excise Act and Section 223 of the BNS. Raja Raghuvanshi was allegedly killed during his honeymoon in Meghalaya in May 2025. His wife Sonam Raghuvanshi, her alleged lover, and three hired men have been arrested for the murder.
