The Nizampura police have registered a case against Suresh Chand of Rachna International and Sushil Bhati of Sangam Enterprises under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for criminal breach of trust and cheating. The complainant, Tina Parveen Bhansali, proprietor of Sambhunath Traders, supplied fabric consignments between December 2022 and August 2024. She says the accused repeatedly assured payment but defaulted. Police are examining invoices and transaction records.
