Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has revealed how he silently prayed and hid his tears while his daughter Sunaina battled health issues. In an Instagram series called Dad & I Unfiltered, Sunaina asked her father what he felt during her worst health moments. Rakesh admitted he would smile and act strong in front of her, but often cried alone and prayed quietly. Sunaina said she learned that resilience from him, adding that she would laugh in a mirror before entering his room when he had cancer. Sunaina Roshan, sister of actor Hrithik Roshan, has long been open about overcoming cervical lymphoma and reversing grade 3 fatty liver disease. Rakesh recently appeared in the Netflix docu-series The Roshans about their film family.
