Ravi Teja's latest film, *Irumudi*, has sold over 25 lakh tickets in three days across platforms, taking its two-day collection to approximately Rs. 50 crore, according to tracking site BookMyShow and the film's trade team. The family thriller drama set a new record with 5.37 lakh tickets sold on Saturday, the second day of release, surpassing the second-day bookings of *Peddhi* and *Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu*. On Sunday, the third day, the film sold over 4 lakh more tickets despite many shows already running houseful in Telugu states. Made on a reportedly modest budget by Maitri Movie Makers, *Irumudi* features Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead role and music by GV Prakash Kumar. Monday bookings show continued strong demand, suggesting the film may sustain its strong opening week run.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

All three sources are from the same outlet, 123telugu.com, and they uniformly frame *Irumudi* as a runaway box-office success defined by escalating ticket sales and audience goodwill. The coverage is promotional in style, no independent verification, no critical voices, no mention of competition or market share. The framing is consistent: a family thriller exceeding all expectations. The measured takeaway is that the reported numbers (over 10 lakh tickets in three days, Rs. 50 crore in two days) are impressive if independently verified. The weekdays will be the real test, a strong Monday hold, as hinted at by the source, would confirm the trend. Watch for the actual week-one total reported by distributors, not platforms alone.
