Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Mansukh Mandaviya visited the Railways’ central war room at Rail Bhawan on Thursday, a day after Parliament’s Monsoon Session was adjourned. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw demonstrated the AI-driven monitoring system that uses live camera feeds from major stations such as New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin. The New Indian Express reports that the system allows officials to zoom into individual feeds, respond to text prompts about past events, and track train movements and delays.
