On her birthday, Ritika Nayak's character in the upcoming political action thriller 'Powerpeta' was introduced as Padamataveedhi Janaki through a first-look poster and a video glimpse. The film, written and directed by Krishna Chaitanya and produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy under 70mm Entertainments, stars Sundeep Kishan as Senapathi Ravi. Ritika Nayak, who recently scored back-to-back successes with 'Mirai' and 'Korean Kanakaraju', appears in a traditional cream-coloured half saree in the poster. The makers have completed 60% of the shoot. The technical team includes cinematographer Madhie, composer Mani Sharma and editor Sreekar Prasad.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

The three outlets uniformly report Ritika Nayak's character reveal for 'Powerpeta' as straight news, each leading with the birthday surprise and the character name Padamataveedhi Janaki. greatandhra.com and telugucinema.com focus on the poster's visual details and Ritika's recent successes, while cinemaexpress.com adds context about director Krishna Chaitanya's previous film 'Gangs of Godavari' failing at the box office, framing the project as a comeback attempt. The balanced reading is that coverage is largely promotional in tone, with cinemaexpress.com alone providing a mild commercial stakes note. The film's shoot is 60% complete, with no release date named.
