The man on the call identified himself as Ismail Ansari and claimed to be a Zepto employee. He added her on WhatsApp, sent an APK file, and tricked her into making multiple UPI transactions that drained her Bank of Baroda and ICICI accounts. The woman alerted the National Cyber Helpline (1930) and filed a police complaint.
