# Sensex, Nifty end winning streak on geopolitical worries, oil prices

The BSE Sensex fell 70.71 points (0.09%) to close at 78,009.25 and the Nifty 50 declined 29.85 points (0.12%) to 24,366 on August 14, breaking a two-week winning run.
