# SME IPO stock turns Rs 1.44 lakh into Rs 33.12 lakh in 10 years

Shanti Educational Initiatives, listed on the BSE SME platform in June 2016 at Rs 90 per share, has turned a Rs 1.44 lakh investment into about Rs 33.12 lakh in 10 years. A 1:10 stock split in July 2022 increased one lot of 1,600 shares to 16,000, and the stock now trades around Rs 207, a 23-fold gain. Livemint reports the company's Q1 net profit fell 2.7% year-on-year to Rs 2.82 crore but surged 187% sequentially from Rs 98.4 lakh. Revenue rose 7.5% to Rs 16.30 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted to 26.5% from 27.2%. Separately, Network People Services Technologies (NPST) shares jumped over 8% on 11 August 2026 despite weak markets. NPST's Q1 total income rose 75% to Rs 61.42 crore and net profit climbed 53% to Rs 11.05 crore. The stock has rallied 6,950% in five years.
