Shubham Jaglan, 21, from Panipat, shot a final-round six-under 64 to claim his maiden professional title at the Rs 1 crore Coal India Open in Kolkata. He finished at 14-under 196, two shots clear, earning Rs 15 lakh and climbing to 14th on the DP World PGTI Order of Merit. The tournament was reduced to 54 holes due to rain. Starting the day four shots behind overnight leader Jamal Hossain, Jaglan recovered from an early bogey with an eagle and six birdies. Hossain carded an even-par 70 to finish runner-up at 198.
