The man, identified as Raju Vishwakarma, allegedly chased his mother Mitra Vishwakarma, grabbed her by her hair, dragged her and hit her, all while passersby watched. Neighbour Somesh Soni said Raju came home drunk and started beating his mother before dragging her outside.
