Singer Sonu Nigam has purchased a commercial office unit in Mumbai's Andheri West for Rs 1 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The 258.33 sq ft carpet area office is in Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026. Nigam paid Rs 6 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees, bringing the total disclosed cost to Rs 1.06 crore. The deal works out to about Rs 38,710 per sq ft. The seller was Singular Health Private Limited. Nigam could not be reached for comment.
