# SpiceJet passengers spend night at Delhi airport after AC failure

Nearly 200 passengers on SpiceJet flight SG105 from Delhi to Pune spent Tuesday night at Terminal 1 after a faulty air-conditioning system made the cabin unbearably hot. The pilot aborted take-off and returned to the parking bay after passengers refused to fly and protested. Videos show passengers fanning a woman who collapsed and a pregnant woman in a wheelchair. SpiceJet arranged an alternate aircraft only at 4 am on Wednesday. The airline said the AC was operational and blamed Delhi’s weather. Passengers said they were told to stay seated and were not given food or accommodation.
