Spider-Man: Brand New Day is estimated to have collected Rs 399.97 crore gross in India after its eighth day, The Times of India reports, citing Sacnilk. Its estimated Day 8 net collection was Rs 14 crore across 16,447 shows, taking its extended first-week net total to Rs 334.50 crore. NDTV Profit, also citing Sacnilk, put the film’s India net collection at Rs 318.45 crore and gross collection at Rs 380.78 crore. The two reports therefore give different estimates. The Times of India says the film entered India’s top five opening-week performers and released in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Neither report cites an official studio or distributor statement, so the figures may change.
