Full-time members include Justice R.M.T. Teekaa Raman, former judge of the Madras High Court; T.K. Ramachandran, former Additional Chief Secretary; and A. Arunagiri, former Secretary of the Law Department. Part-time members are P. Mohan Doss and R. Govindarajan, both former District Judges. A Law Department secretary-rank officer will be the full-time Member Secretary.
