The SVBC board of directors passed a resolution appointing him as Additional Director-cum-Chairman at a recent meeting. The letter was handed over by TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra, who is also SVBC Managing Director. The Andhra government cleared the proposal to fill the post, vacant for over two years, and chose Varma, who was serving as TDP’s State media coordinator.
