# Telangana husband tips police off to wife’s murder plot

A Telangana man has alleged his wife and her lover plotted to kill him by staging a road accident, based on WhatsApp chats he claims to have found on her phone. G Rajeshwara Rao of Chilkodu village filed a complaint at Dornakal police station on August 1, saying he found his wife Bhavani in a compromising position on July 27. A village panchayat followed the next day, The Times of India reports. Rao alleges Bhavani told her lover Saidulu, a courier delivery worker, in a chat: 'Kill my husband in an accident, or I'll kill myself.' Police registered a zero FIR and transferred the case to Khammam Rural police station. The inspector confirmed a case has been filed and that both accused are absconding. Investigators are verifying the digital evidence.
