# 3 Nepalese kanwariyas killed, 10 hurt in Jharkhand bus crash

Three Nepalese kanwariyas, including a 10-year-old boy, were killed and 10 others injured when their bus rammed a stationary truck in Jharkhand's Koderma district early Friday. Police said the driver may have dozed off at the wheel near Pokhradih around 4.30 am. The bus was carrying 45 pilgrims returning from Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar and Basukinath Dham in Dumka. The boy was identified as Shivam Kumar, according to police station in-charge Bablu Kumar, as quoted by the New Indian Express. The identities of the two other deceased adults have not yet been established. The injured were admitted to a local hospital.
