Trilegal and JSA have advised on a strategic partnership between the Jupiter Wagons group and Italy's Lucchini RS. Trilegal acted for the Jupiter companies on the transaction, covering structuring, negotiation and documentation including a shareholders’ agreement and technical support agreement.
