US trade adviser Peter Navarro said on Wednesday that he was 'firebombed' on the internet by Indians after his Financial Times op-ed accusing India of profiteering from Russian oil. The op-ed claimed India's refined product sales helped fund Russia's war in Ukraine. India's foreign ministry then called the comments 'inaccurate and misleading'.
