# Tushar Raheja’s maiden TNPL century sinks Chepauk Super Gillies

Tiruppur Tamizhans beat Chepauk Super Gillies by seven wickets in the TNPL on Friday, chasing 206 with two overs to spare. Opener Tushar Raheja scored his maiden TNPL century, 102 off 52 balls, while Pradosh Ranjan Paul remained unbeaten on 73. Chepauk’s K. Aashiq made 98 but ended on the losing side. In the second match, Nellai Royal Kings defeated Dindigul Dragons by six wickets, chasing 171 in 17.4 overs. Captain Sonu Yadav took three wickets and scored 19 not out. The Hindu reports that Saturday’s fixtures are Madurai Panthers vs Vida Kovai Kings and SKM Salem Spartans vs Trichy Grand Cholas.
