Police in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, recovered the decomposed bodies of two missing friends buried behind a temple in Lahchaura village. Ankit, 25, and Israr, 32, had gone missing on July 25. Temple priest Naresh Nath is the main accused and absconding, and two disciples have been detained. Police say the men confronted Nath over his alleged relationship with Ankit's sister. The bodies were recovered early Thursday after analysis of technical evidence led police to the burial site behind the Ganesh temple. Police have added relevant legal sections and are examining the role of others.
