# Two nurses revive 77-year-old man after heart attack on flight

Patrick McGee, 77, suffered a heart attack and cardiac arrest on a Southwest Airlines flight approaching Phoenix on July 29. Fellow passengers began CPR in the narrow aisle before the plane landed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Retired critical care nurse Lora Holton started chest compressions, and nurse practitioner Kaitlyn Louchheim took over. McGee showed signs of response before paramedics transferred him to hospital care. After waking, he publicly searched for the woman who helped him. Local reports later connected him with Louchheim, who said she was glad to be in the right place at the right time.
