# Uddhav Thackeray says PM Modi ignores youth, meets defected MPs

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ignoring the youth while finding time to meet six MPs who recently defected from his party. Thackeray said Modi had no time for Parliament or for students protesting the NEET paper leak at Jantar Mantar. Thackeray questioned whether Modi’s breakfast meeting with the defected MPs was a signal to the Supreme Court, which is hearing his party’s plea over the ‘real Shiv Sena’ tag. He also criticised RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat for interacting with young people without first demanding Home Minister Amit Shah’s resignation. BJP spokesperson Navnath Ban said Uddhav does not meet party workers and Modi meets all MPs.
