The centres can include testing laboratories, design and research facilities, raw material banks, common production units, packaging and labelling facilities, logistics support, and product display centres. The state can provide up to 90% of the approved project cost for eligible centres costing up to Rs 15 crore. The implementing Special Purpose Vehicle must contribute at least 10%. For projects above Rs 15 crore, state support is calculated only up to the Rs 15 crore limit.
