# US identifies five deported migrants convicted of serious crimes

The US Department of Homeland Security has identified five migrants deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement between 31 July and 2 August. DHS said their convictions included homicide, rape, sexual offences, drug trafficking and violent crimes. The individuals were nationals of Honduras, Liberia, Mexico, Guatemala and China. Times Now News named the five as Fredy Alexander Lopez Lara, Christian Dulue Flah, Enrique Velasco-Sanchez, Herlindo Urizar-Reyes and Renqin Chen, and listed the convictions attributed to each. DHS did not disclose when they entered the United States, where they were sent or further details of their immigration proceedings. The department said the removals fit the Trump administration’s focus on migrants with criminal records. Advocates have raised due process concerns.
