He called her the ‘brightest soul’ and wrote, “I wish u get everything u want and keep being the brightest soul I know too many more Aarti's together.” The actors, known for their playful banter, have often teased each other. Last year, Varun asked her to share her beauty secrets and “stop being mean to society.” In an earlier behind-the-scenes clip from October 2025, Pooja joked that Varun was making her cry. The two star together in ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’, released on 5 June 2026, directed by David Dhawan and produced by Tips Films. The film also stars Mrunal Thakur, Mouni Roy, Kubbra Sait, Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, Rajeev Khandelwal, and Sreeleela. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both outlets report the same birthday wish verbatim and agree on the timing, the film's release date of 5 June 2026, and its cast. The Times of India leads with Varun Dhawan's post and adds a behind-the-scenes anecdote from October 2025, while Yes Punjab News front-loads the wish and the actors' playful banter. Neither outlet introduces any editorial slant: the coverage is uniform straight reporting. The story is a light personal event, and the only concrete next step is the ongoing promotion of the film, which has already been released. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 2 neutral - timesofindia.indiatimes.com (neutral report) Straight report of birthday wish with behind-the-scenes detail - yespunjab.com (neutral report) Straight report of birthday wish with playful banter detail This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
