Actor Varun Tej has defended scenes in his film 'Korean Kanagaraju' after NTR fans objected to comedian Satya imitating the late actor and former chief minister. A video showing Satya's imitation, including a line about "amateurish strokes", sparked backlash on social media. T. Prasanna Kumar of the Telugu Film Producers Council said fans felt hurt by the portrayal. Varun insisted the scenes were shot last November with no intention to disrespect. He cited his own imitation of Pawan Kalyan in 'F3' as a precedent for such comedy.
