# Venkatesh-Kalyan Ram film titled January 12 Vidudala 2026-08-19T12:51:06+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 4 independent outlets Victory Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's upcoming film, directed by Anil Ravipudi, has been officially titled January 12 Vidudala. The makers announced the title through a video that features Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram, Keerthy Suresh, and Krithi Shetty playfully confusing the title with the release date. The video pays tribute to legendary filmmaker EVV Satyanarayana, using a comedy sequence from his film Appula Appa Rao. The tagline for the film is Bava Bammardi Soujanyamtho. The film is produced by Sahu Garapati under Shine Screens, presented by Suresh Productions, Archana, and Zee Studios. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 12, 2027, strategically positioned for the Sankranthi festival season. Anil Ravipudi has a strong track record of Sankranthi releases, with his previous film Sankranthiki Vasthunam becoming a blockbuster. ## Indian Opinion Analysis All four sources report the same facts: title announcement, cast, release date, and EVV tribute. 123telugu.com and telugu360.com frame the news through a fan-centric, success-narrative lens, highlighting Anil Ravipudi's track record and the anticipation. m9.news and cinemaexpress.com are more straight-forward production announcements, though m9.news adds some sensationalist phrasing like "promising a laugh riot". There is no government or political angle. The coverage is uniform in substance. The key takeaway is that the title cleverly doubles as the release date, a marketing tactic that has already generated buzz. Watch for the first teaser or song, which could set the tone for the Sankranthi 2027 box office race. ## Coverage Coverage: 4 sources, 3 neutral, 1 sensationalist - 123telugu.com (neutral report) Reports facts with minor promotion of Anil Ravipudi's past success - telugu360.com (neutral report) Focuses on director's promotional style and fan anticipation - m9.news (sensationalist) Uses phrases like 'laugh riot' and 'clever clue' for drama - cinemaexpress.com (neutral report) Straight production news with technical crew details This story was synthesised by AI from the 4 sources linked above.
